Just a few words to express my total satisfaction with your Company, services, and employees.

I talked with several companies when I was looking at the options for Air and Heat for my new house. Pricing is an important factor especially with a new house but I was also looking for service, quality and customer satisfaction. Six months after we have moved in, we know we made the right decision to have chosen Controlled Climate Services.

Thanks to Steve Blakeney, owner, who took the time to explain why they use the materials they do instead of their competetitors', who are less expensive, and how they follow a certain installation practice I found that less expensive is not always the best deal. Steve not only took the time to sell his services but he knows that what he sells works and he stands by his product. I am very happy to say that Controlled Climate Services concentrates on the end result, Customer Satisfaction.

The staff that worked with our project are also very customer oriented. I would like to express my thanks to Blake Keilett, design and installation, Joann Johnsorq Serina Rogers on the inside, Stephanie Elliott, warranty, Kevin Elliott with service and last but not least John Martin a very knowledge technician and an outstanding representative of the company.

I am writing to thank you for the service your team provided my family.

Your team did an excellent job of installing the Furnace and A/C units at my house. I can not tell you how much I appreciate you showing up on time, doing the work on schedule (not having to come back), communications during the process, and leaving the house like they found it, clean.

We have had vendors come to the house to do work in the past. While they may have done a quality job, their poor attitudes, poor communications, tardiness, and a disregard for the woking area (our house) left us with a bad image of their work and their company.

We, of course, feel very strongly that your firm takes steps to make the HVAC experience is a good experience.

You should be very proud of your organization.
